6 Group to Deliver Market Intelligence for a Financial Services Giant

In 2017, we conducted over 350 individual leadership capability assessments and 120 executive search assignments spanning 34 countries and five continents.We built talent pipelines to identify and assess of over 1,000 senior-level candidates and delivered 90 intelligence projects across our six key sectors; Oil, Gas & Resources, Power & Utilities, Manufacturing & Engineering, Infrastructure & Transportation, Professional & Financial Services and Science & Technology.

As we enter 2018, 6 Group continues its work with several new client projects – one of which is detailed below.

Towards the latter part of Q4 one of our biggest clients, a globally-renowned financial services giant, had reached a peak in its in-house Talent Acquisition team’s capacity: year-end demand from business stakeholders had simply outstripped the supply that the internal recruiting team was able to deliver.

In order to offer a timely solution, 6 Group was engaged to deliver seven separate, bespoke talent mapping & pipelining mandates simultaneously and at pace. Working hand in glove with our client’s Talent Acquisition team and their business stakeholders, 6 Group will cover locations in North, Central & South America, mainland Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

By partnering to deliver an on-brand candidate message and experience, 6 Group is ‘plugging’ this immediate capacity gap and delivering a deeper understanding of the talent landscape in each of the target geographies and job disciplines.

Through this partnership approach, we’re providing notable key outcomes: a dedicated central source of external research acting as an extension of the client’s internal Talent Acquisition team and improved speed-to-hire when needs arise, through an increased awareness of the desired talent pools.
