"Sam Malik, the lead consultant of the search assignment, was efficient and extremely professional. She was attentive and reassuring and worked well as an intermediary between the client and me. She was also patient and persistent in her communications. My current role often means that I am without a phone signal or email sometime for extended periods, but she was very helpful in working with this."

"Could not have been better and the team was helpful in explaining what was required and supporting. Sam provided honest and accurate feedback to me and made like observations to some issues which I had also noted. She is able to give feedback in a neutral manner and does so without expressing a personal opinion - but fully explaining her way around the subject at the same time. The process for interview and evaluation was clearly defined and I felt comfortable with what to expect."
