As a Delivery Consultant and Client Partner, he has built a reputation for exceptional execution of assignments - delivering outstanding appointments for even the most difficult search assignments. Tom is also a passionate advocate for sustainability, diversity and inclusion having been instrumental in reviewing our actions and commitments around this.

Tom commenced his talent acquisition and executive search career in 2009 and has completed some of the region’s most senior leadership assignments, including appointing Board, CEO and C-suite roles across the process industry globally.
Tom joined 6 Group from an international search and recruitment firm, where he worked delivering recruitment projects across industrial sectors, with a predominant focus on Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Pulp & Paper.
