Delivery Consultant – Research & Intelligence

6 Group’s Managing Director, James Beazley, founded the company 12 years ago following his role at Shell as Head of Experienced Resourcing for EMEAR. During his time there, he used all of the major search and assessment firms but felt none of them could demonstrate a linear partnership with clients and found their approaches too transactional.

This was his chief driver for creating 6 Group.

Over a decade later, we are now one of the world’s most innovative Executive Search & Leadership Advisory firms operating across EMEAI, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Since 2006, 6 Group has maintained a client re-utilisation rate of 100% meaning every client we’ve worked with has gone on to partner with us again.

Across 2017 alone, we conducted 350 individual leadership assessments and 120 executive search assignments across 34 countries and five continents. We built talent pipelines to identify and assess over 1,000 senior-level candidates and carried out 110 consultancy and intelligence projects (including competitor analysis, market research, salary surveys, and organisational redesigns).

Our expertise stretches across seven industries and each area has its own dedicated practice.

  • Oil, Gas & Resources
  • Power & Utilities
  • Infrastructure & Transportation
  • Professional & Financial Services
  • Manufacturing & Engineering
  • Food, Nutrition & Agriculture
  • Science & Technology

In practice, this will predominantly involve taking responsibility for the early stages of senior-level search assignments and consulting assignments such as talent mapping/pipelining, leadership assessments, compensation & benefits surveys and market intelligence studies.

When appropriate, the Delivery Consultant will accompany the Senior Client Partner to briefing meetings with clients to gain first-hand information on any assignment they will be involved in.
