Adam is a Senior Client Partner at 6 Group, supporting our clients across Executive Search, Talent Pipelining, Talent Assessments & Leadership Development.

Having partnered with organisations across many sectors, including Technology, Global Non-Profit, Education, Engineering and Facilities Management, he provides our clients with the knowledge & ability to attract, recruit and develop the impactful talent they need.

Through his experience of talent assessments & psychometric tools, he is passionate about creating opportunites for all and helping individuals maximise their potential. Equally, he is passionate about using data and talent intelligence to solve long-term talent solutions.

Prior to joining 6 Group, Adam worked with a number of talent consultancies both in the UK & US, serving a global client base. He was also a director of a youth non-profit in New York City for eight years.
