Tom Hulme

Director and Partner

Tom is a Director and Partner at 6 Group. He has 15 years’ talent acquisition experience and is currently responsible for developing 6 Group’s footprint across Process Industries. Tom focuses on delivering senior-level search mandates and consulting assignments such as talent mapping/pipelining, diversity & inclusion and market intelligence studies.

Prior to joining 6 Group, Tom spent eight years working for an international recruitment firm, specialising in delivering recruitment projects across industrial sectors, with a predominant focus in Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining and Pulp & Paper.

During his career, Tom has managed mass recruitment projects and has been responsible for Master Vendor Agreements with global industrial businesses. Additionally, Tom has worked on a number of secondment projects, delivering a range of in-house talent acquisition solutions.
