Daniella is a Senior Delivery Consultant for 6 Group under the Delivery & Insight team operating across all company sectors through engagement in Executive Search, Market Intelligence and Talent Pipelining.

Daniella has acquired 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Intelligence, with a continuous data driven approach.

During this time, Daniella has worked extensively within FMCG working across all functional areas such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, Research & Development, Data, Transformation, Legal, Health and Safety, Human Resources, and Operations with an additional focus on the industrial and technology industry. Daniella has also worked in roles across multiple geographical remits such as EMEA, APAC, MENA, LATAM, and North America.

She has gained a breadth of experience in working on both confidential and non-confidential roles for both immediate and future opportunities across the following service lines: Mapping, Mapping Plus, Pipeline, Market Research and Succession Planning.

Daniella graduated from London South Bank University with a bachelor’s in management and marketing.
