Associate Consultant, Behavioural Science

Garry Sanderson works with business leaders of organisations in the practical application of behavioural science to help their organisations to innovate, change and grow. He has supported the formulation and delivery of several 6 Group projects around Leadership Assessment & Development and Transformational Change.

With more than 25 years’ industry experience, Garry holds a unique blend of practical solution development, global leadership skills and the application of cutting-edge behavioural insights.

Through his former roles in global professional service organisations, including Managing Director, Chief of Strategy and Director of Knowledge & Technical Services, Garry has successfully led significant operations, major growth initiatives and global change programmes. In doing so, he has become passionate about the human, social and behavioural aspects that are the key to business success, yet are so often poorly understood.

Garry has a distinguished academic background, having studied Engineering at The Queen’s University of Belfast, business leadership at Harvard Business School and Behavioural Science at London School of Economics.
