Director EMEA

Phil is a Director for the EMEA region at 6 Group. His focus is on the delivery of exceptional talent from a global talent pool. Recent assignments have ranged from one-off strategic change leadership hires to the recruitment of entire leadership teams. Phil enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and the results that come from trust and understanding.

Having started his career as a graduate consultant in the IT industry in the late 90s, Phil quickly moved into search and selection within the sector. He has managed teams and set up new offices over this time, but has always maintained an active recruiting role. Phil now has over 15 years’ experience of running searches within Finance, Professional Services, PE-backed and Energy. At 6 Group, his focus is broad looking across the UK and the wider EMEA region.

Phil is a BA (Hons) Economics graduate from the University of Exeter and a Saville Wave behavioural assessment practitioner.
