Steve is an accomplished senior global human resources executive with multi-functional experience across broad industry sectors including oil & gas, chemicals, power, pharmaceuticals, government, and infrastructure. He is a seasoned business leader with more than twenty-five years of proven success in transforming globally dispersed teams to drive business results throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Having lived across the United States and the United Kingdom, Steve has led numerous talent betterment initiatives for clients that have ranged in size from hundreds to several thousand. He focuses on how changes in talent management can impact a company’s performance. Being equally comfortable with executive management through to the production workforce, Steve quickly integrates with clients to build successful outcomes.

Steve holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Clemson University as well as several globally recognized professional certifications.
