Steven is a Senior Client Partner at 6 Group, he has over 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and is currently responsible for establishing 6 Group’s presence within the natural resources market whilst developing our London office. Steven focuses on delivering strategically driven senior level searches, talent mapping and market intelligence studies globally and has experience working on projects across Europe, US, South America, Mexico and India.

Prior to joining 6 Group, Steven worked in the agriculture and green tech space, leaning on an extensive track record working with some of the most exciting technology scale-ups globally, helping them to hire their broader teams during periods of significant growth. Most recently his career has taken him to a level where he has been leading projects and placing key leadership into large multi-nationals and dynamic scale-ups helping them to expand globally and prepare for investment, acquisition or restructure.
