All About Survey

This questionnaire is designed to help identify the relative importance of behavioural competencies for the role you are trying to recruit. The results of this job analysis tool can be used to help you decide, for each particular job role, the most appropriate competencies to be assessed during any assessment event.

In this questionnaire you will find 10  blocks of five statements and you are asked to rank in order all of the statements within each block to indicate their relative order of importance in relation to that job.

  • Please rank all five items within each block.
  • Do not leave any boxes blank.
  • Ensure that no statement has the same score or rank within each block of five statements. For example, no two statements should be ranked as a 1.
  • Please try to be as objective as possible.
All statements relate to behaviour in the workplace.  In each block of 5 statements:

The statement that is “most important” to the role in question should be rated 1

The statement that is “least important” to the role in question should be rated 5
